Missing Korean BBQ?
After binging on K-drama this entire duration of MCO4.0, my craving for Korean BBQ is beyond suppression. Dining-in is still not permitted and I just have to improvise to satisfy my appetite for samgyeopsal lettuce wrap . It’s easy. Don't have a Korean BBQ grill? Just grill the pork belly on a normal pan. Cut the pork belly strip to about 1cm thick so that it cooks quicker. Marinate with a bit of salt. Add a drizzle of oil onto the pan and sear the meat for about 4 minutes on each side. The fat from the pork belly will dissolve as you grill.
